    clean room
    really good service
    limited activities

great room , but limited evening amenities

We were impressed by how clean our room was , especially with two queen beds and a mini fridge. The dehumidifier kept the air fresh, and we enjoyed relaxing on the porch with a lovely garden view. The staff offered really good service.

Evening activities were somewhat lacking, making it feel quiet after dark.

Staff were pleasant and amiable at any hour!!

Outstanding service, though a few employees were very ignorant. It was in a marvellous and absolutely perfect location close to the park. Moreover, it's really close to Townsend and Old Timers Day, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Cades Cove and river rat tubing.

    central position

excellent access to parks and local attractions for weekend strolls

i received prompt service from friendly staff who helped me find local trails and attractions, and the central position made it super easy to enjoy the charming town, including a quick walk to the chocolate b'ar and the pancake house for delicious local treats.

Nice big room, friendly staff, quiet

Disappointed in breakfast thought we'd have more tables and chairs instead of just three . Also breakfast didn't start til 8:00am which meant waiting 'til then for coffee

    private balcony
    mountain views
    well-kept grounds
    outdated furniture
    mildew odor

Private balconies provide fine views of the mountains. The grounds are well-kept.

The furniture is outdated and showing its age, with peeling paneling that detracts from the room's comfort. The bed felt old and uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness leaves something to be desired, as mildew odors were noticeable. Breakfast starts late. The expected 'suite' designation was misleading, as it was a room with a couch and no substantial separation.

The bed was very comfortable. It was quite, very clean, just what we wanted. Wished we could have stayed longer.

The breakfast area was too small, not enough seating room. Ice machine was too far away.

    quiet location
    fine views

We stayed for 4 nights in a Beautiful Queen Room, and wow, the location was perfect! It was super quiet, away from the craziness of the main tourist areas, yet close enough to grab a bite or hit the trails. Plus, the hot chocolate in the lobby during evenings was a nice touch after a day of exploring. The views from our room were fine.

I was hoping for a better view considering the cost .
